The Living Justice

While watching Avatar LoK the same idea came to my mind over and over again... The avatar is humanity's judge and has the power to create justice, no matter how hard or complicated it might be. The avatar has the ability to give or take the privileges of the people... Takes away the ability to bend from bad people, and gives good people its bending back if it was unfairly taken away from them by someone else...

In the world of avatar, given the fragility of the human body, the existance of bending provides the fortunate ones great power, too much power I'd say, that's why the existence of the Avatar is crucial for there to be balance and peace. Without the avatar, well, bad things happen like the fire nation attacking and conquering without anyone to stop them, just to say an example.

Something I have learned in time is that balance is one very hard thing to achieve, and even harder to maintain, and I admire the Avatar for doing his/her job that well for countless generations.

Here I portray the current avatar, Korra, and the rest of the avatars as a Symbol of Balance and Justice...

Wouldn't it be awesome if we had an Avatar in our reality?
